    研究了高强全珊瑚海水混凝土(CASC)的制备技术、基本力学性能、氯离子扩散与钢筋锈蚀行为,以及钢筋CASC梁柱构件的力学性能,并进行了其服役寿命的可靠度分析.结果表明:CASC的立方体抗压强度最高可达C80混凝土强度等级;CASC具有高初始氯离子含量、高表面自由氯离子含量和高表观氯离子扩散系数的“三高”氯离子扩散特征.提出了描述CASC受压应力应变关系的两段式方程;为降低钢筋的锈蚀风险,建议在CASC结构中采用有机新涂层钢筋且混凝土保护层厚度至少为55cm,混凝土强度选用C50及以上等级.另外为了综合考虑钢筋锈蚀和涂层钢筋滑移的影响,建立了钢筋CASC梁柱构件的承载力计算模型,并且确定了满足50~100a服役寿命要求的CASC结构的耐久性设计参数.

    Abstract:

    The preparation technology, basic mechanical behavior, chloride ion diffusion, steel corrosion behavior and reinforced beam column mechanical behavior of coral aggregate seawater concrete(CASC) were studied. The service life of CASC structure was analysed. The results show that cubic compressive strength of CASC can reach C80. The constitutive equations describing the whole stress strain curve of CASC under uniaxial compression was proposed. The chloride ion diffusion in CASC is characterized by high initial chloride content, high surface free chloride content and high apparent chloride diffusion coefficient.In order to reduce the risk of steel corrosion, it is recommended to choose organic new coating steel with thickness of concrete cover at least 55cm, in which concrete strength should reach C50. Comprehensively consider the influence of steel corrosion and coated steel slip, the calculation model for the bearing capacity of reinforced CASC beam column is proposed. The durability design parameters of CASC structures that meet the service life requirements of 50100 a are determined.
