    基于砂浆棒长度法,以两河口砂岩为碱活性骨料,通过测定砂浆棒长度、28d龄期砂浆棒孔溶液中的碱含量,研究了20,38,60,80℃条件下LiNO3对砂浆棒碱骨料反应(alkali silica reaction,ASR)的抑制效果.结果表明:养护温度对掺加LiNO3砂浆棒ASR膨胀率的影响主要体现在低温和高温;180d时,LiNO3对砂浆棒ASR的长期抑制效果随相同温度下对照组膨胀率的增大而增大;采用砂浆棒长度法测定的60℃条件下LiNO3对砂浆棒ASR的抑制率与用混凝土棱柱体法测定的结果最为接近,适用于快速评价LiNO3对砂浆棒ASR膨胀的抑制效果.

    Abstract:

    Adopting Lianghekou sandstone as alkali active aggregate, the inhibitory effect of LiNO3 on alkali silica reaction(ASR) was studied at 20, 38, 60, 80℃ by measuring the length of mortar bars and determining the alkali content which was extracted from mortar bars at 28d age. The results show that the influence of curing temperature on ASR expansion rate of mortar rods by LiNO3 is mainly shown between low temperature and high temperature; at 180d age, the inhibitory effect of LiNO3 on ASR of high activity sandstone inhances the expansion rate of the control group at the same temperature increases; the inhibition rate of LiNO3 at 60℃ is the closest to that from concrete prism method, and it is suitable for rapid evaluation of the inhibitory effect of LiNO3.
