Abstract:The dynamic and static yield stress of cement ground limestone paste was tested by RHEOLAB QC rotary viscometer, and the correlation between the rheological and structural buildup of them was explored. The results show that the rheology of cement paste is closely related to its structural buildup, and the rheology is the dynamic structure of cement paste at a specific time point, and the attenuation of dynamic rheological properties reflects the structural buildup. The rheological properties of cement paste show a Roussel linear growth process, and the attenuation rate of rheological properties of cement paste first increase and then decrease after adding limestone powder. The dynamic process weakens the structural buildup of the cement ground limestone paste. Comparing with the dynamic structure, The effect of ground limestone on the static structural buildup of cement paste is more obvious. Increase of the static structural buildup of cement ground limestone paste shows a Perrot exponentially growth. With the increase of dynamic process, the rate of static structural buildup of cement ground limestone paste first increases and then decreases. When the dynamic process is longer, and the ground limestone content is less than 20%, it is beneficial to the rheological and structural properties of the cement paste. When the dynamic process is shorter, and the ground limestone content is 30%, it is beneficial to the rheological and structural properties of the cement paste.
