    为提高乳化沥青材料的使用性能并使其具备恢复旧路沥青性能及抵抗反射裂缝的能力,采用高性能聚合物胶乳和多种再生剂制备了高黏再生型乳化沥青(HVREA),分析了其黏度提升幅度与再生剂类型及掺量的关系,确定了HVREA的适宜黏度范围,优选了设计配方.基于SHRP性能分级体系及梁式复合结构四点弯曲疲劳性能测试方法,评价了HVREA的技术性能.结果表明:经高性能聚合物胶乳和再生剂复合改性后,乳化沥青的黏度得到了显著提升,固含量明显提高,低温和疲劳性能优势明显;建议HVREA的50℃赛波特黏度为200~600s.

    Abstract:

    To improve performance and allocate function of rejuvenating aged asphalt binder and resistance of reflective cracking, a series of high viscosity rejuvenating emulsified asphalt(HVREA) were developed with polymer latex and several rejuvenators. Based on formula designed, emulsified asphalt preparation and technical properties test, effect of type and content of rejuvenator on viscosity of HVREA were studied, appropriate viscosity range of HVREA was decided and optimum formula of HVREA was suggested. PG grade and fatigue performance of HVREA were also evaluated. Results show significant improvement of viscosity and solid content of HVREA, as well as its low temperature and anti fatigue performance. The suggested Saybolt viscosity range of HVREA is 200 to 600s at 50℃.
