    摘要:

    制备了3CaO·2SiO2(C3S2)矿物,并用加速碳化的方式使其硬化.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、热分析(TG和DTA)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS),研究了C3S2矿物的CO2吸收量、力学性能和微观结构变化.结果表明:C3S2试块在体积分数为99%的CO2中碳化24h,CO2碳化程度可以达到433%,抗压强度为748MPa;碳化产物CaCO3和非晶态SiO2为C3S2抗压强度的主要来源.

    Abstract:

    The pure 3CaO·2SiO2(C3S2) was prepared as clinker and hardened via accelerated carbonation. The CO2 uptake, mechanical properties and microstructure changes were analyzed by XRD, thermo gravimetric analysis(TG, DTA), FTIR and SEM EDS.The results show that degree of CO2 curing of the clinker reached 433% that results in compressive strength of 748MPa after 24h carbonation in 99%(by volume) CO2concentration; the carbonation product is calcium carbonate and silica gel, which contributes to the compressive strength.
