    为解决普通粘层层间结合效果不好的问题并开发新型高性能粘层材料,通过渗透深度试验和渗水试验,评价了水性环氧树脂乳化沥青混合液、单一乳化沥青这2种粘层材料的渗透效果及防水性能,并据此确定了水性环氧树脂乳化沥青混合液的最佳配比;通过剪切试验、拉拔试验和加速加载试验评价了使用上述2种粘层材料试件的层间接触条件改善效果及路用性能.结果显示:采用水性环氧树脂乳化沥青混合液作为粘层材料,其渗透、表面固化及层间结合效果显著;与现有的单一乳化沥青粘层相比,其层间黏结性能大幅提高,且受运料车轮载的影响比较小,可以作为新一代粘层材料.

    Abstract:

    For a lot of pavement structure the adhesion between ordinary sealing layers is not good, in order to solve this problem, a new high performance bonding layer material has been developed,the infiltrating effect of surface was evaluated by penetration depth test and infiltration test. The optimum proportion of the mixture was determined. Through the shear test and drawing test as well as accelerated load test, the improved interlayer contact conditions and other road performance of bonding layer were evaluated. Existing test results show that by use of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion asphalt mixture as bonding layer, the improved infiltration and surface consolidation effect are significant. Compared with the existing single asphalt emulsion material bonding layer, the interlayer binder strength is improved greatly, the effect of haul wheel load is relatively small when asphalt pavement is used as the construction platform. From this sense, the mixture of waterborne epoxy resin and emulsion asphalt may be the future and next generation of upgrade bonding layer material.
