    摘要:

    以γC2S为主要矿物的自粉化低钙水泥在制备和碳化硬化过程中均能显著减少二氧化碳的排放.为实现该水泥的规模化生产,对其工业原料制备方法进行了探讨,并研究了其碳化硬化性能.结果表明:取石灰石、砂岩和铁矿为水泥原料,当石灰饱和系数(KH)为067,硅率(SM)为250~450时,在1300~1400℃下进行煅烧,待炉温冷却后即可煅烧出自粉化低钙水泥.用该水泥制备尺寸为40mm×40mm×160mm的胶砂试块,碳化8h后,其抗折强度为82MPa,抗压强度为516MPa;碳化后再标准养护240d,其抗折强度可达139MPa,抗压强度可达700MPa.

    Abstract:

    Self pulverized low calcium cement with γ C2S as the main mineral can significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions during the preparation and carbonation hardening process. In order to realize the large scale production of the cement, the preparation method of the new low calcium cement by industrial raw materials was discussed. The results indicate that in the cement system, limestone, sandstone and iron ore are used as cement raw materials,when the lime saturation coefficient(KH) is 067 and the silica modulus(SM) is 250450, the cement can be made with the cooling of furnace temperature at the sintering temperature of 13001400℃;mortar specimens with the size of 40mm×40mm×160mm are prepared with the cement, after carbonation of 8h, the flexural strength is 82MPa and the compressive strength is 516MPa. The flexural strength at 240d is 139MPa and the compressive strength can achieve 700MPa.
