    利用固体核磁共振硅谱(29Si NMR)和显微硬度计,定量表征了轻集料水泥石界面区的水化程度、水化硅酸钙(CSH)凝胶聚合度和力学性能,研究了轻集料吸水率对轻集料水泥石界面区力学性能和CSH凝胶微结构的影响规律,并以此验证了预湿轻集料的内养护效应.结果表明:轻集料水泥石界面区的水化程度、CSH凝胶聚合度和显微硬度均高于水泥石基体;轻集料吸水率越大,轻集料水泥石界面区的水化程度、CSH凝胶聚合度和显微硬度越高,预湿轻集料的内养护作用越明显.

    Abstract:

    The hydration degree and mechanical property of paste and the polymerization of C S H gel in interfacial transition zone(ITZ) between lightweight aggregate and cement were quantitatively characterized by solid state 29Si magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance(29Si NMR) and microhardness tester. The influence of water absorption ratio of lightweight aggregate on mechanical property of paste and microstructure of C S H gel in ITZ was investigated, and the internal curing effect of pre wetted lightweight aggregate was verified by this method. The results show that the hydration degree and microhardness of paste and the polymerization of C S H gel in ITZ are higher than that of the cement matrix. With increasing water absorption rate of lightweight aggregate, the hydration degree and microhardness of paste and the polymerization of C S H gel in ITZ increase, the internal curing effect of pre wetted lightweight aggregate is improved.
