    摘要:

    利用微生物的酶化作用诱导矿物沉积来封堵混凝土裂缝是防渗堵漏的有效途径.采用裂缝内直接灌浆(浆液为菌液、营养盐和钙源溶液的混合溶液)和裂缝内预填介质再灌浆2种封堵处理方式,获得不同裂缝宽度条件下,混凝土灌浆次数与裂缝渗水速度的关系曲线.结果表明:缝内直接灌浆法适用于宽度较小的裂缝(小于05mm),宽度较大裂缝则需采用缝内预填细砂等介质再灌浆的封堵方式.

    Abstract:

    The leakage caused by concrete cracks was a major challenge for civil engineers, and the approach of microbiological calcium carbonate precipitation provided a new method for solving this problem. There were two methods to seal concrete cracks:direct injection of bacteria liquid and pre filled perfusion before injection. A comparison experimental study on the two sealing methods was performed. The curves of outflow velocity versus grouting times were researched with a special attention on the influence of crack width. The results show that method of direct injection of bucteric liquid works well for small cracks(i.e. with a crack width below 05mm), whereas pre filled perfusion before injection method is a better choice for the large cracks.
