    以SK90#基质沥青和外掺质量分数分别为1%,3%和5%的纳米蒙脱土(MMT)改性沥青为研究对象,通过沥青三大指标、弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)测试结果以及原子力显微镜(AFM)观测结果,对比研究纳米MMT对老化前后沥青宏观抗老化性能以及微观结构的影响.结果表明:掺入纳米MMT后,沥青的残留针入度比、残留延度比及软化点增量均明显改善,且纳米MMT掺量为1%~3%时,改善效果在短期老化阶段最为显著;BBR试验获得的劲度模量变化率Sv与上述抗老化性能评价指标具有良好相关性,将其作为评价指标可以较好地反映纳米MMT改性沥青的抗老化性能,但应充分考虑沥青的低温性能;AFM均方根粗糙度Sq和三维图像表明,纳米MMT对沥青的微观结构有显著影响,纳米MMT片层结构及形成的纳米复合结构是延缓沥青老化的主要原因.

    Abstract:

    To investigate the influence of nano montmorillonite(MMT) on the aging resistance and its mechanism of modified asphalt, taking SK90# matrix asphalt and 1%, 3% and 5%(by mass) nano MMT modified asphalt as specimens, three conventional indexes of asphalt and bending beam rheometer(BBR) test were used to measuring the aging resistance of nano MMT modified asphalt. Microstructure evolution of nano MMT modified asphalt before and after aging was observed by atomic force microscopy(AFM). The results show that the changes of penetration, ductility, softening point are improved obviously by nano MMT, the optimum amount is 0%3% in short term aging stage. Stiffness modulus rate Sv of BBR indicates the aging resistance of nano MMT modified asphalt is improved significantly. The microstructure of the asphalt is affected significantly by nano MMT. Found by root mean square(RMS) roughness Sq and 3D image of AFM, nano MMT lamellae and nanocomposite structures formed are the major causes of delaying aging effect.
