    摘要:

    对钢纤维掺量(体积分数)分别为0%,03%,10%,17%,24%的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)圆柱体试样(436×130mm)在5档围压(0,10,20,40,70MPa)下进行了常规三轴试验.结果表明:围压对RPC试样的抗压强度、变形能力及破坏形态影响显著;在单轴加载时,钢纤维掺量对RPC试样的抗压强度、变形能力及破坏形态都有影响;在轴向加载过程中维持围压分别为10,20,40和70MPa时,钢纤维仅对RPC试样的破坏形态有影响,对其抗压强度和变形能力几乎没有影响.分别用MohrCoulomb准则与WillamWarnke模型拟合了所测抗压强度数据,拟合结果表明WillamWarnke模型能更好地描述RPC试样的抗压强度发展规律.

    Abstract:

    The reactive powder concrete(RPC) cylinder samples(436×130mm) with five steel fiber volume contents(0%,03%,10%,17% and 24%) were researched by conventional triaxial test under five confining pressures(0,10,20,40,70MPa). According to the analysis of acquired data, confining pressure has obvious influence on the compressive strength, deformation and failure pattern of RPC. The effect of steel fiber volume content on the compressive strength, deformation and failure pattern of RPC under uniaxial condition was also obtained. When loading with constant confining pressure at 10,20,40,70MPa respectively, steel fiber volume content only has influence on the failure pattern, and has no apparent influence on the compressive strength and deformation. Compared the fitting result by using Mohr Coulomb criterion with Willam Warnke model, it shows that Willam Warnke model is more suitable to describe the compressive strength development of RPC.
