    采用原子力显微镜中的力谱技术检测了掺温拌剂Sasobit或Evotherm 3G的温拌SBS改性沥青在不浸水和浸水条件下的纳观黏附力,并基于表面自由能理论对温拌SBS改性沥青的纳观黏附力检测结果进行了验证.在此基础上,探讨了浸水后温拌SBS改性沥青纳观黏附力的变化率,采用数理统计方法分析了温拌SBS改性沥青浸水前后纳观黏附特性的显著性差异.结果表明:采用原子力显微镜中的力谱技术可以直观地得到温拌SBS改性沥青的纳观黏附力;Sasobit温拌剂小幅降低了不浸水条件下SBS改性沥青的纳观黏附力,却增强了浸水条件下SBS改性沥青的纳观黏附力,但浸水前后其纳观黏附力变化率较小;Evotherm 3G 温拌剂能同时增强温拌SBS改性沥青在浸水前后的纳观黏附力,且其纳观黏附力变化率较大.

    Abstract:

    Nano adhesive force of SBS modified asphalt containing Sasobit and Evotherm 3G warm mix additives was determined by the force spectrum technique of atomic force microscopy. The nano adhesive force of SBS modified asphalt containing warm mix additive determined was verified based on surface free energy theory. And the nano adhesive force of SBS modified asphalt containing warm mix additives after immersion in water was also determined. Based on this, the change rate of the nano adhesive characteristics of the SBS modified asphalt containing warm mix additives was discussed. And the significant difference in the nano adhesive characteristics of the SBS modified asphalt containing warm mix additives was analyzed by mathematical statistics method. The results show that force spectroscopy technology of atomic force microscopy is an effective method to test directly the nano adhesive force. Although Sasobit slightly reduces nano adhesive force under dry condition, it can improve the nano adhesive force of asphalt in the presence of water. And the change rate of the nano adhesive force of the SBS modified asphalt containing Sasobit warm mix additive is lower before and after immersion in water. Evotherm 3G enhances nano adhesive force of SBS modified asphalt before and after immersion in water, and its change rate of the nano adhesive force is higher.
