Abstract:A series of tests was carried out to measure the water bleeding process under the action of gravity and pressure. The influence rules of the water bleeding property on the density and viscosity of slurries with different cement water ratio(mW/mC) were studied, and the reason of differences between the test results under the action of gravity and pressure was analyzed. At last, the influence on the grouting radius of the water bleeding property was studied with consideration of the split grouting equation in the soil with the linear relationship of stress and strain. The results indicate that the cement slurry is easy to bleeding, the ratio of bleeding is quite high, and the velocity of bleeding is high. When mW/mC≥15, the bleeding ratio of cement slurry is more than 40%. The density and viscosity value can be greatly increased with increasing water bleed, the density can be increased by more than 10%, and the viscosity can increase more than 3 times, when mW/mC≥10. With considering the water bleeding property, the grouting resistance can be significantly underestimated, as a result, the calculation results of grouting diffusion are relatively large, and the results of grouting pressure are relatively small.
