    摘要:

    为提高薄型瓷质陶瓷砖的力学性能,以ZrO2短纤维为增强体,研究其掺量(质量分数,下同)对陶瓷性能的影响.结果表明:当ZrO2纤维掺量在40%以内时对陶瓷具有增强效果,但陶瓷韧性变差;当ZrO2纤维掺量为20%时,陶瓷的弯曲强度增幅为1084%,达到7760MPa,但断裂功下降2236%,为38321J/m2.ZrO2纤维结构不致密,在烧成中由四方相转变到立方相,并且阻碍了石英的熔融和莫来石的析出,这些因素均不利于增强增韧.

    Abstract:

    To improve the mechanical properties of thin porcelain tile, the influence of adding short ZrO2 fiber as reinforcement on the properties of porcelain was studied. The results show that the toughness will decrease when ZrO2 fiber content(by mass)is below 40%. The bending strength increases by 1084% to 7760MPa while the work of fracture decreases 2236% to 38321J/m2 when ZrO2 fiber content is 20%. The loose microstructure of ZrO2 fiber, its transition from tetragonal phase to cubic phase, its inhabiting effect on melt of SiO2 phase and precipitation of mullite are all disadvantages of reinforcement and toughening.
