    摘要:

    为了提高水泥基材料的热电性能,采用水热合成法制备了纳米MnO2粉末,并将其作为热电组分掺入到水泥浆中,研究了不同掺量下水泥基复合材料的热电性能,并着重探讨了其热电机理.结果表明:水泥基复合材料的Seebeck系数随着纳米MnO2粉末掺量的增加而增大,当纳米MnO2粉末掺量为水泥质量的50 %时,水泥基材料的Seebeck系数高达3 3000 μV/℃,约为碳纤维水泥基材料的30倍之多.研究结果在建筑工程领域余热回收及空调制冷等方面具有潜在应用价值.

    Abstract:

    MnO2 nanopowders were chosen as the thermoelectric component to increase the thermoelectric effect of cement composites. The MnO2 nanopowders were synthesized by hydrothermal method and then incorporated into cement composites. The thermoelectric property(generally called Seebeck effect)of this cement composite was explored with different use level of MnO2 nanopowders. Besides, the enhancement mechanism was discussed in detail. The results show that the Seebeck coefficient of the cement composites increases steadily with the added MnO2 nanopowders use level. The maximum Seebeck coefficient was higher than 33000μV/℃ when the MnO2 nanopowders use level was 50%, which was about 30 times higher than that of fiber reinforced cement composites. The research results endow the cement composites with MnO2 a potential application in energy harvesting and air conditioning system in future buildings.
