    摘要:

    为了研究改性剂对沥青表面形貌的影响,利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对基质沥青、SBS改性沥青以及Sasobit改性沥青老化前后的表面形貌进行测试.结果表明:SBS改性沥青“蜂状结构”数量及所占面积比基质沥青更小,表面更粗糙,Sasobit改性沥青“蜂状结构”为细长形,数量很少,表面粗糙度很大;3种沥青老化后“蜂状结构”均表现为体积增大,数量增加,表面粗糙度增大;SBS改性剂可以提高沥青的高温稳定性及短期抗老化能力;Sasobit改性剂能够改变沥青的晶体结构分布,提高沥青抗老化性能;单个“蜂状结构”平均面积变化情况能较好地评价沥青老化特性.

    Abstract:

    Atomic force microscope(AFM) was used to observe the effects of modifier on surface morphology of asphalt, including the original asphalt as control, un aged and aged SBS modified asphalt, un aged and aged Sasobit modified asphalt. It shows that there exists bee typed structure in the asphalt and the number and area proportion of bee typed structure in SBS modified asphalt are less than that in the control and its structure is more rough. Bee typed structure of Sasobit modified asphalt turns to be slender and few. Bee typed structure of these asphalts will be bigger and more at aging and it will be rougher. SBS modifier can improve the high temperature stability and short term aging resistance of the asphalt. Sasobit modifier can change the crystal structure distribution of the asphalt, which turns that it can improve the aging resistance of asphalt too. The change of average area of bee typed structure can be used to evaluate the aging characters of asphalt well.
