    摘要:

    采用模拟溶液研究了阴离子乳化沥青在盐溶液中的粒径分布波动及聚沉情况.通过CaCl2溶液和螯合剂调控CA浆体中乳化沥青的破乳程度,研究了破乳行为对CA浆体流变性能的影响.结果表明:CA浆体中的阳离子对阴离子乳化沥青的聚沉破乳具有明显促进作用,阳离子价态越高、浓度越大、混合时间越长,阴离子乳化沥青聚沉破乳就越剧烈;水泥水化释放的阳离子促使阴离子乳化沥青聚沉破乳,增加了CA浆体流变时浆体的内摩擦,从而使CA浆体流变性能下降.

    Abstract:

    To reveal the demulsification behavior and mechanism of emulsified asphalt in CA mortar, the particle size distribution fluctuation and coagulation of anionic emulsified asphalt in the salt solution were investigated. The demulsification degree was controlled by adding CaCl2 and chelating agent, and the demulsification behavior of anion emulsified asphalt on rheological properties of CA paste were investigated. The results indicate that for the anionic emulsified asphalt clustering into demulsification in the salt solution the greater the cation valence state, the higher the cation concentration; the longer the mixing time, the more intense the anionic emulsified asphalt coagulation was. The cation released with cement hydration prompted the coagulation demulsification of anionic emulsified asphalt, which increased the internal friction of CA paste in viscous deformation, resulting in the loss the rheological property of CA paste.
