    针对橡胶沥青在道路工程应用中的特点与不足,采用不同浓度硅烷偶联剂(KH550)溶液对废胎胶粉(CRM)进行表面处理,通过高温性能、低温性能、温度敏感性和相容性等试验,确定了KH550溶液表面处理CRM的合理浓度(KH550溶液与CRM的质量比)为1.0%.采用扫描电镜和红外光谱仪,研究了经处理后CRM的表面特性以及改性橡胶沥青的微观改性机理.将改性橡胶沥青与SBS改性沥青的性能和经济效益进行对比,发现经过表面处理的CRM可显著改善橡胶沥青的高温性能,并具有良好的经济效益.

    Abstract:

    In view of the characteristics and disadvantages of the application of asphalt rubber in road engineering, different concentration of silane coupling agent(KH550) solution was used to treat the surface of crumb rubber modifier. Through high temperature performance, low temperature performance, temperature sensitivity and compatibility test, it was determined that the reasonable concentration(by mass) of KH550 solution for surface treatment of crumb rubber modifier was 1.0%. Surface properties of the crumb rubber modifier after treatment was studied by scanning electron microscopy test. Meanwhile, the micro modification mechanism of modified asphalt rubber was analyzed by infrared spectrometer. Through the comparison of the performance and economic benefit of modified asphalt rubber and SBS modified asphalt, the results show that surface treatment of crumb rubber modifier can significantly improve the high temperature performance of asphalt rubber, and has good economic benefits.
