    通过四点弯曲疲劳试验,选用ASTM D7460中的NfNM疲劳判断标准,采用单因素对比分析法对SBS改性沥青混合料疲劳自愈合能力的3类影响因素(混合料特性、荷载条件、自愈合条件)进行系统研究,对自愈合补偿后的SBS改性沥青混合料的疲劳行为方程进行回归拟合.结果表明:SBS沥青混合料疲劳自愈合效率与沥青用量、自愈合时间成正比,与试件的空隙率、破坏程度及应变量大小成反比;在SBS掺量(质量分数)为60%,自愈合温度为50℃,荷载强度为5kPa时,SBS沥青混合料疲劳自愈合效率达到最佳;考虑自愈合补偿后的SBS改性沥青混合料疲劳次数与应变量大小、沥青用量及空隙率存在很好的相关性.

    Abstract:

    Single factor comparative analysis and indoor four point bending fatigue test were used to fulfill a systematic study on three main factors which affect the self healing performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture. The three factors were the properties of asphalt mixtures, the load conditions and self healing conditions. And NfNM method of ASTM D7460 was chosen as asphalt mixtures fatigue failure criterion. The fatigue behavior equation of SBS modified asphalt mixture with self healing compensation considered was regressed out. The results show that the fatigue self healing efficiency is proportional to the amount of asphalt and self healing time, inversely proportional to the extent of the void ratio, damage and strain. When the SBS content(by mass) is 6%, self healing temperature is 50℃ and load is 5kPa, fatigue self healing efficiency achieves optimum. And there is a good correlation between the strain, amount of asphalt and void ratio of mixture and fatigue life with self healing compensation considered.
