盐冻破坏下沥青混合料的抗裂性能及影响因素

    为研究沥青混合料在冻融循环及除冰盐溶液共同作用下的抗裂性能,在断裂力学基础上,采用半圆试件弯拉(SCB)试验,通过J积分来评价沥青混合料的抗裂性能,并利用正交试验的极差分析法和方差分析法深入分析了沥青种类、冻融循环次数和除冰盐浓度对沥青混合料抗裂性能的影响.结果表明:除冰盐和冻融循环作用下,影响沥青混合料抗裂性能的各因素依次为沥青种类>冻融循环次数>除冰盐浓度;与基质沥青混合料、胶粉改性沥青混合料和复合胶粉改性沥青混合料相比,SBS改性沥青混合料具有更好的抗裂性;随着冻融循环次数的增加,沥青混合料的抗裂性能逐步降低;当除冰盐浓度为中低浓度时,对沥青混合料的破坏最为严重.

    Abstract:

    In order to study the crack resistance of asphalt mixture under the effect of freezing thawing cycle and deicing salt, on the basis of fracture mechanics, semi circular bending test and J integral were used to evaluate the crack resistance of the asphalt mixture. Based on range analysis and variance analysis of the orthogonal test, the influence factors of the crack resistance, freezing thawing cycles and deicing salt concentration were analyzed.Results show that under the damage of deicing salt and freezing thawing cycles, the influence degrees of the crack resistance are shown in the order from asphalt type, freeze thaw cycle to deicing salt concentration. Compared to the asphalt mixture with the matrix asphalt, crumb rubber powder and the composite asphalt,the SBS modified asphalt mixture has better crack resistance. With the increase of cycle of freezing and thawing, the crack resistance of the asphalt mixture gradually reduced; when the deicing salt concentration is low and medium, the damage is the most serious.
