    摘要:

    为研究人工盐雾环境下锈蚀箍筋约束混凝土应力应变关系,对36个尺寸为150mm×150mm×450mm,配箍特征值分别为0233,0175,0306,0195,0146,0225,0167,0125,0219的箍筋约束混凝土棱柱体试件进行了盐雾腐蚀箱加速锈蚀和轴压加载试验,得到了不同混凝土强度、不同配箍特征值、不同箍筋锈蚀率下锈蚀箍筋约束混凝土应力应变全曲线.结果表明:人工盐雾环境下锈蚀箍筋约束混凝土应力应变曲线随着锈蚀时间的延长而渐趋扁平,上升段向右下方偏移,峰值应力呈线性下降,峰值应变增加;在相同锈蚀时间下,高强度混凝土的峰值应力降低程度和峰值应变增大程度均比低强度混凝土小.

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the stirrup stress strain relationship of confined concrete under artificial salt mist climate environment corrosion, 36 reinforced concrete prism specimens of size 150mm×150mm×450mm and stirrup characteristic value 0233, 0175, 0306, 0195, 0146, 0225, 0167, 0125, 0219, were applied in accelerated corrosion in the artificial salt mist for axial compression test. Stress strain full curves of concrete confined with corroded stirrups under the different concrete strengths, stirrup characteristic values, corrosive cracks of constraints were obtained. Results indicated that compared to the equation of concrete stress strain curve of concrete confined with corroded stirrups, curve is flat with increasing of corrosion time. Rising to the lower right deviation, peak stress is lower by linear and peak strain increases. Comparing with low concrete strength of specimen under the same corrosion time, the degrees of the peak stress decrease and peak strain increases in higher compressive strength.
