    应用简单性能试验机(SPT)分别对掺不同温拌剂(Leadcap,Sasobit和ZQWB3温拌剂)沥青混合料及热拌沥青混合料在不同温度和加载频率时的动态模量、相位角进行测定与研究,并通过四点疲劳试验(应变控制模式)分析掺不同温拌剂沥青混合料的疲劳寿命.结果表明:随着温度降低或加载频率升高,掺不同温拌剂沥青混合料的动态模量增大;温度为37℃或54℃时,掺Leadcap或Sasobit温拌剂沥青混合料相位角出现峰值时的加载频率较掺ZQWB3温拌剂沥青混合料小;温拌剂对沥青混合料疲劳寿命有很大影响,掺ZQWB3温拌剂沥青混合料平均疲劳寿命最短,掺Leadcap温拌剂沥青混合料平均疲劳寿命最长.

    Abstract:

    With the application of simple performance tester(SPT) the dynamic moduli and phase angles of asphalt mixtures with different warm mix agents(Leadcap,Sasobit and ZQ WB3 warm mix agent) added separately and hot mix asphalt mixture were analyzed at different temperatures and loading frequencies. The fatigue lives of asphalt mixtures with different warm mix agents added were analyzed by four point bending test(strain control mode).The results show that the dynamic moduli of asphalt mixtures with different warm mix agents added increase with the temperature decreasing or the loading frequency increasing.When the phase angle of asphalt mixture with warm mix agent added comes to a maximum the loading frequency of asphalt mixture with Leadcap or Sasobit warm mix agent added is smaller than that of asphalt mixture with ZQ WB3 warm mix agent added at the temperature of 37℃ or 54℃.The warm mix agent has a great effect on the fatigue life of asphalt mixture.The average fatigue life of the asphalt mixture with ZQ WB3 warm mix agent added is the shortest,and that of the asphalt mixture with Leadcap warm mix agent added is the longest.
