    在对比分析再生剂ZZ,RA2,DN100,DN101红外光谱的基础上,将这4种再生剂按相同比例分别加入老化SBS改性沥青中,通过红外光谱分析、美国SHRP试验研究了再生SBS改性沥青性能及微观结构,并运用界面活性理论解释了SBS改性沥青再生机理.结果表明:再生剂加入后,在沥青质与软沥青之间形成一层界面膜,促进聚合物大分子间或链段间的运动,起到润滑和增溶作用,从而使老化沥青黏度减小,流变性能恢复,低温变形能力增强.

    Abstract:

    Properties and microstructure of recycled SBS modified asphalt were contrastively studied by the methods of infrared spectroscopy, SHRP test and four kinds of recycling agents in equal proportion were added to the aged SBS modified asphalt base on infrared spectroscopy to compare recycling agent of ZZ, RA 2, DN100, DN101, and the mechanism of SBS modified asphalt recycling is explained by use the interfacial activity theory from molecular perspective of kinematics, which show that when recycling agent is added, a layer of “interface” between asphaltene and soft asphalt is formed, macromolecule polymer or chain segment movement are accelerated, lubricated and solubilized, so that the aged asphalt viscosity decreases, the rheological properties is restored, the low temperature deformation ability is enhenced.
