Abstract:The effects of water temperature and environment temperature on setting time, compressive strength, dry density, thermal conductivity and internal morphology of foam concrete were studied. The results show that the logarithm of setting time has linear relationship with curing temperature of foam concrete in the range of 5℃ to 50℃. When water temperature ranges from 35℃ to 40℃, foam concrete can be made with high compressive strength and low thermal conductivity, which is advantageous to the foam concrete quality and efficient production.
