    摘要:

    建造了1∶5无砟轨道模型,并模拟了袋注法与模注法2种工况,测试了轨道板及混凝土底板的激振特性.结果表明:采用袋注法时,使用CA3砂浆的轨道板振动加速度远大于另外3种砂浆,同时混凝土底板振动加速度也远小于另外3种砂浆,使用SL1砂浆的混凝土底板振动加速度幅值最大,时间最长;采用模注法时,使用CA2砂浆的轨道板振动加速度远大于其他砂浆,使用CA1砂浆的混凝土底板振动加速度幅值大于其他砂浆.在仅考虑轨道板与混凝土底板振动的情况下,袋注法CRTSⅠ与模注法CRTSⅢ是较为理想的板式无砟轨道结构.

    Abstract:

    The slab track models with proportion of 1∶5 were built. The vibration characters of the slab and concrete bed in structure with different packing materials were studied by the hammer vibration exciting. Results show that when the bag pouring method is used, the vibration acceleration of the slab of CA 3 type mortar is much higher than that of the other 3 types. And the vibration acceleration of the concrete bed of it is much higher than that of the other 3 types. The vibration acceleration of the concrete bed of the SL 1 type mortar is the biggest, and its continuing time is the longest. When the model pouring method is used, the vibration acceleration of the slab of CA 2 type mortar is much higher than that of the other types. And the vibration acceleration of the concrete bed of the CA 1 type mortar is higher than that of the other types. Just considering the vibration acceleration of the slab and the concrete bed, the CRTS(China railway track system) Ⅰ type using bag pouring method and CRTSⅢ type using model pouring method are the optimized track structure.
