    采用专用粒子GTA和SBS颗粒作为复配改性剂,对基质沥青进行复合改性,制得可卷曲沥青路面(Rollpave)专用改性沥青.选择复配改性剂连续相面积最大的Rollpave专用改性沥青,采用三大性能指标试验、布氏黏度试验、DSR试验(动态剪切流变试验)和BBR试验(低温弯曲蠕变试验)对其路用性能进行测试,并与基质沥青和SBS改性沥青路用性能相比较.结果表明:Rollpave专用改性沥青的软化点和延度(5℃)远远高于基质沥青和SBS改性沥青,但针入度(25℃)与基质沥青接近;Rollpave专用改性沥青高、低温等级较基质沥青和SBS改性沥青显著提升;在15~80℃温度区间内,Rollpave专用改性沥青感温性优于基质沥青和SBS改性沥青.Rollpave为路面修补提供了全新的思路.

    Abstract:

    GTA and SBS particles were used as combined modifiers to prepare dedicated modified asphalt for rollable asphalt pavement(Rollpave). The dedicated modifier asphalt with the biggest combined modifier continuous phase area was selected to conduct three performance indicators tests,Brookfield viscosity test, DSR(dynamic shear rheometer) test and BBR(bending beam rheometer) test to evaluate its road performance,and compare with the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt. The results show that:the softening point and ductility(5℃) of the dedicated modified asphalt are much higher than those of the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,but the penetration(25℃) of the dedicated modified asphalt is close to that of the matrix asphalt; the high and low temperature grades of the dedicated modified asphalt are significantly improved compared with the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt; the thermal sensitivity of the dedicated modified asphalt is better than that of the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt at 1580℃. It is a new road repair ideas provided by Rollpave.
