    摘要:

    双层摊铺技术使上中面层沥青混合料的摊铺与碾压过程合二为一,提高了沥青路面层间黏结效果和混合料层间的嵌挤咬合能力.通过系统试验,深入研究了双层摊铺和传统单层摊铺对沥青混合料弯曲疲劳性能的影响.研究表明:双层摊铺技术能使沥青上中面层形成一个整体的复合式路面结构,提高了沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能;在双层摊铺情况下,沥青混合料小梁的弯拉强度、弯拉应变和劲度模量分别较传统单层摊铺提高了283%,254%和22%.

    Abstract:

    Through a series of tests, the influence of double layer paving and the traditional single layer paving on asphalt mixtures bending fatigue performance was investigated. Test result shows that the technique of double layer paving can pave and roll the lower layer and top layer asphalt mixtures at the same time. The technique of double layer paving can improve the asphalt bonding between the two layers and form an integrated road surface, the dividing line between the layers becomes fuzzy. And the technique of double layer paving reduces the temperature lowering effectively, gives a good compaction of asphalt layers, and makes the forming of a whole complex pavement structure layer. It is these characteristics that make the technique of double layer paving improve the anti fatigue performance of asphalt mixtures. In the case of double layer paver, the small beam flexural strength, flexural tensile strain, stiffness modulus can be increased by 283%, 254% and 22% respectively compared with that for the traditional single paving.
