    摘要:

    以相变材料十八烷(ODE)为芯材,以壳聚糖(CTS)接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)构成外壳,以引发剂作用下苯乙烯(St)在外壳内生成的聚合物构成内壳,形成双壳微纳胶囊.采用差示扫描量热试验和等温吸、放湿试验分别测试双壳微纳胶囊的储热性能和吸、放湿性能;采用扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度分析仪和红外光谱仪对双壳微纳胶囊形貌、粒径以及微观结构进行分析.结果表明:双壳微纳胶囊具有较好的储热性能和调湿性能.双壳微纳胶囊颗粒形貌完整度好,胶囊粒径在微纳米范围.双壳微纳胶囊组分中含有外壳接枝成分壳聚糖和甲基丙烯酸甲酯.

    Abstract:

    By using the phase change material octadecyl(ODE) as the core material, chitosan(CTS) grafted methyl methacrylate(MMA) as the outer shell, polymer synthesized by styrene(St) under the effect of initiator as the inside shell, the double shell micronano capsule was formed.The properties of heat storage and moisture absorption and desorption of the double shell micronano capsule were investigated via differential scanning calorimetry and isothermal moisture absorption desorption tests.The morphology, particle size and microcosmic structure of the double shell micronano capsule were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), laser particle size analyzer, infrared microscopy, respectively. The results show that the double shell micronano capsule has a good heat storage and humidity controlled performance. The double shell micronano capsule particles are morphologically well formed, particle sizes of the capsule are within micronano scale. There are the grafted components which is chitosan and methyl methacrylate(MMA) in double shell micronano capsule.
