Abstract:The flexural strength, compressive strength and petrographic structure of (cement) clinkers added with fluoride, phosphate ions and metallic ion were tested, and the X ray diffraction characteristics of alites extracted from clinkers in dactylogram region were investigated. The results show that when the use levels(by mass) of fluoride, phosphate ions(based on CaF2 and P2O5) are kept at 07% and 05%, the 28d compressive strength of clinker could be enhanced by adding fluoride, phosphate ions and a little bit of metallic ion in clinker, addition of fluoride, phosphate ions and a little bit of zinc ion in clinker appears to have the best effect. The optimal use levels(by mass) of cuprum ion, zinc ion, plumbum ion and titanium ion(based on CuO, ZnO, PbO and TiO2) are 01%, 05%, 05%, 01% respectively when the use levels of fluoride, phosphate ions are kept at 07% and 05%. At the low use level of fluoride, phosphate ions and metallic ion, the petrographic structures of clinkers present more defect, the X ray diffraction characteristics of alites extracted from clinkers in dactylogram region show the characteristics of higher symmetry. It is the important reason why the clinker presents higher strength.
