温拌再生沥青混合料集料沥青黏附特性研究

    摘要:

    为研究温拌再生沥青混合料黏附特性,根据表面自由能理论,通过测定温拌再生沥青和集料的表面能参数,计算了温拌再生沥青与集料的黏附功.结果表明:温拌剂的添加改善了再生沥青中的极性分量以及Lewis酸、碱作用力,改善了再生沥青的表面自由能,提高了沥青与石料的裹附能力;有水存在时温拌再生沥青集料黏附功比较大,说明温拌条件下再生沥青混合料的水稳定性可以得到一定改善.

    Abstract:

    In order to study the adhesion characteristics of warm mixing recycled asphalt mixture, the surface energy parameters of warm mixing recycled asphalt and aggregate were measured according to the surface free energy theory, and then, the adhesion work between warm mixing recycled asphalt and aggregate were calculated. The results show that, by adding the warm mix agent, the polar component of recycled asphalt and Lewis acid, base interaction are improved and the attached ability between the asphalt and aggregate is improved. At the same time, the adhesive work between warm mixing recycled asphalt and aggregate is relatively large in the presence of water, it indicates that the water ability of recycled asphalt mixture can be improved to some extent under the warm mixing conditions.
