    结合16组钢纤维混凝土试件的弯曲韧性试验结果,分析总结国内外常用弯曲韧性测试和评价方法的优点和不足,提出了一种适合钢纤维混凝土特点的弯曲韧性评价方法,并基于该方法探讨了钢纤维体积率对普通混凝土(C30)和高强混凝土(C50)弯曲韧性的影响.结果表明,所提出的钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧性评价方法克服了现有评价方法的不足,简单实用,可供中国钢纤维混凝土试验方法标准修订时参考.

    Abstract:

    Combined with the results of flexural toughness experiments on 16 groups of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) specimens, both advantages and disadvantages of the flexural toughness tests and evaluation methods commonly used in design guidelines in China and abroad were discussed, and a new evaluation method for flexural toughness of SFRC, which was more suitable for structural evaluation in the practical engineering, was proposed. On the basis of this method, the influences of steel fiber volume fraction on flexural toughness of concrete(C30) and high strength concrete(C50) were studied. The results show that the new evaluation method given in this paper, which is simple and practical, can overcome the deficiencies of current evaluation methods, and can be used as a reference in revising the contents of the China technical specification for steel fiber reinforced concrete structures.
