Abstract:The rationality of methods of thin cement paste shaking bubble, cement mortar divergence and real density to evaluate the concrete air entrained performance were discussed, and then it was proved by measurement of air content, bubble structure and freeze thaw durability of hardened concrete. Results show that preliminary judgment of air entrained performance could be made through thin cement paste trial. The higher the initial bubble, the better the bleed air performance is; the faster the bubble level changes, the worse the foam stability is. The method of cement mortar divergence is as suitable for use as the method of real density. The less the cement mortar density, the better the bleed air performance is; the better the foam stability, the smaller the deviation of cement mortar divergence from the method of real density is. Air content difference between fresh concrete and harden concrete is large, while high frequency vibration adjust the spacing of the bubble spacing. There are some corresponding relationships among foam slurry performance; cement mortar divergence and real density; air content, bubble space and freeze thaw durability of harden concrete.
