Urea formaldehyde resin/epoxy resin(UF/E) microcapsule was synthesized by in situ polymerization for self healing cementitious composite. Self healing effect was tested and evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and characterized by percolation structure parameters i.e. the tortuosity T and hydraulic radius rh under different self healing curing temperature, curing period and microcapsule parameters. Self healing mechanism of microcapsule in cement matrix was analyzed.
