    摘要:

    为使缓释络合盐填料国产化,促进蓄盐沥青路面的发展,通过渗水性试验、溶出性试验和氯离子浓度测定试验对缓释络合盐填料的载体、生产工艺、憎水处理剂以及成分配比进行了设计和选择.确定了具有除冰雪功能和缓释功能的缓释络合盐填料组成为载体C,氯化钠,改性聚硅氧烷A和乙醇,且四者的比例约为4g∶19g∶3mL∶30mL.同时确定了该缓释络合盐填料的生产工艺为:将载体C放在过饱和的氯化钠溶液中,于60℃下恒温搅拌至糊状,然后在135℃下烘干,粉碎后用湿法表面改性工艺对粉体进行憎水处理,最后在135℃下烘干、粉碎.试验结果证明添加了该缓释络合盐填料的沥青路面具有很好的除冰雪能力.

    Abstract:

    In order to domesticate the sustained release complex salt filler applied in the pavement included salt, the carrier of sustained release complex salt filler and its production process, including the hydrophobic treatment agent and their composition proportion were studied by the water permeability test, dissolution test and chloride determination test. The composition of the sustained release complex salt filler, with function of deicing and snow removal, was determined. It contains carrier C, NaCl, modified polysiloxane A and ethyl alcohol. The proportions of them are 4g∶19g∶3mL∶30mL. Meanwhile the producing technology was as follows:the carrier C was put into the supersaturated NaCl solution and stirred under 60℃ until the mixture became pasty ,then dried under 135℃; after gridded, the powders were processed with water repellent; dried under 135℃ and gridded. It is verified that the pavement with this sustained release complex salt filler has good deicing and snow removal effect.
