    考虑再生混凝土Cl-结合的非线性,对再生混凝土的二维Cl-扩散性进行仿真模拟分析,研究了再生混凝土的Cl-扩散特性.通过变化再生粗骨料取代率、老界面Cl-扩散系数、浸泡时间和老砂浆厚度等相关参数,对再生混凝土的Cl-单向扩散性能进行了对比分析.结果表明:再生混凝土内部Cl-浓度(质量浓度,下同)非均匀分布,Cl-非线性结合对其扩散影响显著,再生混凝土Cl-浓度沿着扩散深度呈波浪式下降,再生粗骨料取代率、浸泡时间和老砂浆厚度等因素的变化对Cl-浓度的影响随着扩散深度的增加而逐渐变大,且在界面过渡区的影响较为明显.

    Abstract:

    Considering the non linear characteristic of chloride binding, the diffusion characteristics of chloride diffusion in modeled recycled aggregate concrete(RAC) was numerically simulated. The effect of relevant parameters (i.e., the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates, old interfacial transition zone(ITZ) diffusivity, immersion time and the thickness of old adhered mortar) on the diffusion properties of modeled RAC was investigated. The results of parameter study indicate that the distribution of chloride ion concentration is non uniform in the modeled RAC; the effect of non linear characteristics of chloride binding on chloride diffusion is significant, and the chloride ion concentration in RAC declines wavily along the diffusion depth. Furthermore, the influences of recycled coarse aggregate, immersion time and the thickness of old adhered mortar on the variation of chloride ion concentration become pronounced with the increasing depth, and this is more remarkable at the ITZ.
