Abstract:Experimental study on shrinkage and creep of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC) with different recycled coarse aggregate(RCA) replacement percentages was carried out. The test results show that the shrinkages of RACs with a 50% and 100% replacement percentage of the RCA increase 17% and 59%, respectively, while the creeps increase 12% and 76%, respectively, compared to that of normal concrete(NC). The test results of creep were compared with the creep predicted by the models of RILEM B3, ACI 209R 92, CEB FIP (90), and RILEM B3 model was modified accordingly. The creep of RAC was predicted by the artificial neural network(ANN) method and the influence of RCA replacement percentage as well as the water cement ratio on the creep of RAC was checked according to the prediction model.
