由于应用瞬时电化学方法测量混凝土中钢筋锈蚀会产生各种误差，在电化学共轭反应的基础上，提出了以银库仑计为测量原理的积分方法，该方法可提高测试的精度和可靠性.对银库仑计的原理和制备进行了介绍，对电量的测量方法和测量误差进行了详细的分析和讨论，并通过实例介绍了银库仑计在混凝土钢筋锈蚀测量中的应用.
To avoid the error of the traditional measurement of the transient technique of electrochemistry， a new integral method was introduced to improve the measurement. Silver coulometer was proposed for the purpose. The principle and manufacturing of the coulometer were presented. A typical example was given to show its application in the measurement of corrosion of rebar in concrete.
