Stacking process of extra huge aggregates that was used in the construction technology of rubble self compacting concrete with manufactured sand was studied by computer simulation. According to the construction technology, reasonable algorithm framework and two dimensional computer simulation model was built, which include rubble generation module algorithm, rubble punch judgment module algorithm and rubble stacking process module. The effect of rubble size, uniformity coefficient of rubble and stacked area on the void ratio of rubble structure was investigated through the model. The results show that the void ratio of rubble structure increases with the increase of maximum and minimum size of rubbles and the improvement of uniformity coefficient of rubbles. The effect of stacked area on the stacking degree and void ratio of rubble structure is remarkable.
