    摘要:

    采用简单性能测试系统(SPT系统)对水泥乳化沥青混合料的动态模量和相位角进行测试,基于Sigmoidal数学模型回归得到了水泥乳化沥青混合料的动态模量主曲线方程.对比了水泥乳化沥青混合料和普通的热拌沥青混合料的动态模量特性,通过微观形貌观察对水泥乳化沥青混合料的动态模量特性进行了解析.结果表明:在温度为15~25℃、加载频率为0.1~25.0Hz时,水泥乳化沥青混合料动态模量在1541~5921MPa变化;水泥乳化沥青混合料动态模量曲线移位因子小于热拌沥青混合料,即水泥乳化沥青混合料温度敏感性较热拌沥青混合料低.水泥与乳化沥青中水生成的水化产物不仅降低了水泥乳化沥青混合料的黏性,使之更具有弹性性质,同时也改善了水泥乳化沥青混合料的温度敏感性.

    Abstract:

    Using simple performance test system(SPT system),the dynamic modulus and phase angle of cement emulsified asphalt mixture(CEAM) were tested. The mixtures dynamic modulus principal curve equations were deduced by means of Sigmoidal mathematical model, also its dynamic modulus characteristics were compared with that of hot asphalt mixture(HAM). Based on microscopic feature observation, the dynamic modulus characteristics of CEAM was analyzed. The results indicate that in 15~25℃, the dynamic modulus of CEAM varies from 1541~5921MPa with loading frequency of 01~25.0Hz. The shift factor for dynamic modulus curve of CEAM is significantly smaller than that of HAM, which indicates that temperature sensitivity of CEAM is relatively lower. The hydration products produced by cement and water in asphalt emulsion could reduce the viscosity and improve temperature sensitivity of CEAM.
