    摘要:

    采用钢筋开槽内贴片试验方法,完成6组钢筋再生混凝土试件的拉拔试验,获得不同强度、不同再生骨料取代率下混凝土与钢筋的荷载滑移曲线以及不同锚固位置处钢筋应变.基于试验结果,研究了再生骨料取代率对钢筋再生混凝土黏结锚固强度及黏结滑移曲线的影响,并采用二次分布矩阵插值函数法及沿锚长积分法分别计算不同锚固位置处钢筋与再生混凝土的黏结应力和相对滑移,得到不同锚固位置处黏结滑移关系及位置函数.最后建立再生混凝土与钢筋考虑黏结滑移位置函数的τ s本构关系,为再生混凝土的工程应用提供参考依据.

    Abstract:

    In order to study the bond slip relationship between recycled concrete and steel bar, 6 groups of reinforced recycled concrete pull out test were conducted. Along anchorage length of steel bar, a series of inner embedded strain gauges were arranged at different positions .Based on the test result, an investigation was conducted to study the influence of recycled coarse aggregate on anchoring strength and bond slip curves. The distribution of the bond stress and relative slip displacement along the anchorage length of steel bar are calculated, the position function and bond slip relationship along anchorage length are deduced. Finally, the bond slip constitutive equation considering position function is constructed, which provides reference for finite element analysis of recycled concrete.
