    制作了普通橡胶沥青和脱硫橡胶沥青,并进行了橡胶颗粒影响、测力延度和老化性能试验.结果表明:经过高速剪切工艺,大颗粒的脱硫橡胶粒在沥青里大多分散成细小颗粒,而普通橡胶粉剪切后基本保持原有颗粒核心.在老化过程中,橡胶颗粒核心有较强的继续溶胀反应,这导致普通橡胶沥青的一些流变性指标与基质沥青老化趋势相反,此反应在薄膜加热试验(TFOT)短期老化下尤为明显.脱硫橡胶沥青的路用性能和抗老化性能优于基质沥青,但均不如普通橡胶沥青.

    Abstract:

    Asphalt rubber(AR) and desulfurized rubber asphalt(DRA) were prepared, and rubber particle size effects test, force ductility test and aging test were conducted. The experimental results show that during a high speed shearing process, the large sizes of desulfurized crumb rubber particles are shredded into small ones, and dispersed into the asphalt, but the ordinary crumb rubber almost keeps their particle cores. During the aging process, the asphalt rubber particles have a stronger response to swelling, which will lead to some rheology indicators of AR contrary to that of asphalt aging. This effect is particularly evident in thin film oven test(TFOT) short term aging. Both pavement performance and aging resistance of DRA are better than that of asphalt, but not as good as AR.
