    以轻质陶粒、水泥等为主要原料,采用混凝土成型法成型,制备了一种防火型多孔陶粒混凝土吸声材料.掺入了发泡剂、膨胀珍珠岩及聚丙烯纤维3种吸声组分来改善吸声材料的孔隙状况,通过试验分析了这3种吸声组分对材料吸声性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明:添加这3种吸声组分都能较大程度地提高材料的吸声性能,其中聚丙烯纤维能同时提高材料的抗压强度,而膨胀珍珠岩和发泡剂却明显降低了材料的抗压强度;通过扫描电镜SEM进行了微观分析讨论,并建立起了材料孔隙状况和不同频率段吸声性能的联系.

    Abstract:

    A fire proofing sound absorbing material were prepared using light ceramsite, cement as main raw materials. The expanded perlite, polypropylene fibers and foaming agent were added to raise the porosity of the ceramsite concrete. The influences of these three sound absorbing materials on the absorbing characteristics were investigated. The results show that these three kinds of raw materials can enhance the sound absorbing properties of the samples. It is also found that the polypropylene fiber can improve the strength of materials, on the contrary, expanded perlite and foaming agent can significantly reduce the strength. The relationship of porosity and sound absorption of the sound absorbing materials in different frequency band are established by the micro analysis of SEM photos.
