    摘要:

    通过试验,就可再分散乳胶粉(简称“乳胶粉”)掺量对钢渣砂砂浆的流动性、抗压强度、抗折强度、拉伸黏结强度和柔韧性的影响进行了研究.结果表明:随着乳胶粉掺量的增加,钢渣砂砂浆的流动性提高,抗压强度下降,早期抗折强度降低,28d抗折强度提高,拉伸黏结强度大幅增加,柔韧性得到改善.由此可知,对于钢渣砂砂浆,可掺入一定量乳胶粉来提高其抗折强度,改善柔韧性,并大幅增加拉伸黏结强度.

    Abstract:

    The effect of redispersible emulsion powder on the fluidity, compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile bond strength and flexibility of steel slag mortar was investigated. The test results show that flexibility and tensile bond strength of steel slag mortar increase, compressive strength reduces greatly and flexural strength reduces at early age but increases at 28 d with increase of use level of redispersible emulsion powder. In addition, flexibility of steel slag mortar improves a lot with the addition of redispersible emulsion powder. A certain amount of redispersible emulsion powder can be incorporated in steel slag mortar to greatly increase tensile bond strength, enhance flexural strength and improve flexibility.
