    通过室内试验评价了布敦岩沥青(BRA)改性剂以及BRA SBS复合改性措施对沥青混合料路用性能的影响;采用X射线衍射仪对岩沥青进行测试,结合相关理论分析了岩沥青对沥青混合料的改性机理.结果表明:BRA改性沥青混合料能达到与SBS改性沥青混合料相近的高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能;BRA改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性较低,难以满足冬寒区路面表面层的低温抗裂性要求,采用BRA与低剂量SBS复合改性的沥青混合料可以用于各种温度分区的路面表面层;由于BRA中的矿物成分主要是方解石,因此BRA与沥青之间的反应是一个物理共混过程,BRA中沥青固有的高黏度和耐久性是改善沥青混合料性能的主要原因.

    Abstract:

    Effect of Buton rock asphalt(BRA)and BRA SBS polymer modifier on the performance of asphalt mixture was evaluated by laboratory test. Based on X ray diffraction test and relevant theoretical analysis, the mechanism of modification of BRA on asphalt mixture was explained. The test results show that the high temperature stability, moisture resistance and fatigue resistance of BRA asphalt mixture can reach corresponding performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture. However, the low temperature resistance ability of BRA asphalt mixture is low and can not meet the special requirement of cold region asphalt pavement surface mixture. The performance of low content SBS and BRA composite modified asphalt mixture can meet the special requirements of all temperature region pavement surface mixture. The test results by X ray diffraction indicate the mainmineral composition of BRA is calcite. The reaction between BRA and asphalt is a physically mixing process. It is due to higher viscosity and durability of asphalt in BRA that improves the performance of asphalt mixture.
