By use of AC 20 gradation, the performance indicators of warm mixture of soft and rock asphalt compound were discussed and compared to the same level of the hot mix asphalt（HMA）. Test and analysis result indicated that warm mixture of soft and rock asphalt compound is equivalent to the same grading of hot asphalt mixture at high temperature stability, however, its stability in water is worse. Nevertheless, its low temperature cracking resistance is slightly better, and fatigue performance is significantly outstanding.
