石蜡相变控温混凝土热性能研究

    摘要:

    提出了相变控温材料机敏控制大体积混凝土温度裂缝的技术途径,测试了石蜡相变控温混凝土的控温效果及石蜡相变控温砂浆的导热系数,利用差示扫描量热仪研究了石蜡相变控温砂浆的热性能.结果表明:石蜡相变控温混凝土控温效果明显,可降低大体积混凝土内部升温速率和降温速率;石蜡掺入砂浆后,相变控温砂浆与石蜡相比导热性能明显提高,与普通砂浆相比导热系数略有降低;石蜡掺入砂浆后对相变潜热和相变控温范围无明显影响.

    Abstract:

    Phase change materials(PCM) can be applied in mass concrete to prevent thermal cracks. Temperature distribution was measured in center area of normal concrete and paraffin PCM concrete. Thermal conductivity of PCM mortar was measured in air dry and oven dry condition. Thermal properties of pure paraffin and PCM mortar with different paraffin content were also tested with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results show that phase change concrete with paraffin can slow down both temperature increasing rate and temperature dropping rate; PCM mortar has much higher thermal conductivity than pure paraffin and slightly lower than ordinary mortar. PCM mortar has similar latent heat and phase change temperature range to those of pure paraffin.
