    摘要:

    为了更有效地研究石英玻璃在流体静压强作用下的力学性能,直接采用石英玻璃块体进行了常温流体静压强试验,建立了石英玻璃的流体静压强玻璃密度的关系;应用拉曼射线仪分析压后玻璃的微观结构变化,建立了压密度拉曼光谱频率的关系;对石英玻璃进行了Vickers压痕试验,将试验后的试样进行拉曼射线测定,根据上述拉曼光谱频率随压密度变化的规律,研究了Vickers压头下石英玻璃中由流体静压强引起的体积压密分布情况.

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate mechanical properties of silica glass, cylindrical samples of silica glass was prepared for experiments under very high hydrostatic pressure at room temperature. Based on this, the relationship between the applied pressure and the change of density was established. The Ramam spectroscopic test was also performed on tested glass samples to analyze the densification characteristics from microstructure point of view. The change of density was then plotted as a function of the frequency of Ramam spectra. This relationship was then used to analyze the result of Vickers indentation test on the silica glass. The distribution of density in the sample after the Vickers indentation test is finally obtained.
