    在聚磷酸铵(APP)季戊四醇(PER)三聚氰胺(MEL)膨胀防火涂料配方中分别添加9%(质量分数)的MoO3,MoSi2和Fe2O3,获得3种新涂料.对上述涂料与原涂料进行热重分析(TGA)比较后发现,MoO3,MoSi2和Fe2O3均能显著提高炭质层的残炭率.对各涂料在不同温度下的残炭率进行红外光谱测试,发现它们可促进热稳定性好的芳香结构基团的生成,从而提高涂料炭质层残炭率.

    Abstract:

    9%(by mass) of MoO3, MoSi2 and Fe2O3 were used to improve the fireproof performance of the ammonium polyphosphate pentaerythrite melamine intumescent coating(APP PER MEL coating) and three coating formulations were established. Four coatings were tested by thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) and the residual chars of them were tested by infrared(IR) spectrum. The results show that the mass of residual is char increased and it is found that the reason for that is some groups of aromatic structure with better thermal stability promote the form ation of char by MoO3, MoSi2 and Fe2O3.
