    通过室内加速碳化试验,研究了混凝土内部温湿度变化对钢筋锈蚀的影响,并使用温湿度影响函数进行描述,建立了考虑混凝土内部温湿度影响的钢筋锈蚀速率模型.研究表明: 不同配比混凝土试块中钢筋锈蚀的温度影响函数差别较大,但对于同一配比试块,即使钢筋处于不同的锈蚀程度,其温度影响函数仍相近;对于湿度影响而言,无论是对于不同配比试块还是同一配比中锈蚀程度不同的试块,其受湿度影响的相对变化规律几乎一致,因此可用统一的湿度影响函数进行描述.基于上述研究成果,探讨了可用于实际工程的钢筋锈蚀速率实时动态预测方法.

    Abstract:

    Influence of internal temperature and humidity in concrete on rebar corrosion was studied through accelerated carbonation test. The influence degree was expressed by temperature and humidity influence function, and the related rebar corrosion rate model was established. The results show that parameters of the temperature influence function for different kinds of concrete varies quite greatly. However, for the same kind of concrete, parameters change little even though rebar corrosion has different degree. For humidity influence function, parameters are similar not only between the different kinds of concrete, but also for the different degree of rebar corrosion. So the humidity influence function can be expressed by uniform formula. Based on the test results, a new real time dynamic method of rebar corrosion prediction for practical engineering was proposed and discussed.
