    摘要:

    为了定量化描述沥青发泡过程设计参数与沥青发泡效果之间的动力学关系,提出了沥青发泡过程参数敏感性的工程化分析方法;根据多场条件下的多相流体动力学理论,建立了沥青发泡过程设计参数与耦合场分布的动力学模型,并分析了不同沥青发泡腔结构参数下的耦合场分布情况.结果表明:耦合场分布的统计数值与沥青发泡试验数据之间具有确定的相关性,沥青发泡动力学模型能够在一定程度上表征实际沥青发泡效果;利用沥青发泡动力学模型,从工程化角度对沥青发泡过程参数进行敏感性分析,得出了不同设计参数对耦合场分布影响的敏感性系数.

    Abstract:

    The process of high precision asphalt foaming with multi field condition and multi phase object is a nonlinear kinetic process. To quantify the kinetics relation between design parameters and asphalt foaming result, an engineering method for parameter sensitivity analysis of asphalt foaming was proposed. Based on the theory of multi phase fluid kinetics, modeling the asphalt foaming process with design parameters and coupled field, analyzing the coupled field under different dimensions of asphalt foaming chamber, it has been found that the statistic data of coupled field and experimental data are correlative, which means this model can represent the result of asphalt foaming to some degree. This kinetics model may be used for parameter sensitivity analysis of asphalt foaming and obtaining the sensitivity factors of design parameters.
